Please give some serious thought to your rating, especially if you are about to rate an ISP negatively: Selecting "Never Worked" for Internet Access, Email or Usenet access should be extremely rare
and even rarer that all three are rated as "Never Worked". This rating system is supposed to help give people an accurate view of a rated ISP. Please help to keep this true by giving an honest rating of an ISP whose services you have actually used.

Before your rating is actually submitted to the database, you will need to confirm your rating by email; You will receive an automated request for confirmation via electronic mail; All you have to do is hit "reply" without adding or changing anything in your reply (A human being will not see your confirmation reply.). It is, therefore, important to use an email address that you have access or control over.

If you are concerned with your identifiable information being used, but still wish to rate your ISP, you can always get yourself a free email account from sources such as MSN, Yahoo, Google Mail and so on.

IMPORTANT
If you are spamming abusing this ratings system, i.e. intentionally and multiply negatively rating an ISP, the owner (ISP) of your IP address as well as
the ISP you are trying to negatively affect will be notified of all captured data. This is the only warning you get if trying to abuse this ratings system.
